We need to equip our children with skills to help them handle their anxiety while it is a seed and not wait until it grows into a monster.<\/p>\n<p>Whether your child believes it or not, he\/she has superpowers. It would be cool if those superpowers made it possible to fly or see through walls, but the kind of superpowers they have are the ones inside their head. In this course, I will help show your child how to use their superpowers to help\u00a0 erase worry from their brain and that\u2019s really important because worry can stop them from doing what they need and want to do.
