Your teen will get a head start on financial intelligence. This class will stock them up with the basic framework of the big picture regarding personal finances

Description

Your teen will get an introduction to the basic financial topics (types of investments, the stock market, savings, credit cards and credit scoring and budgeting). They will walk away from this class knowing how to do basic financial calculations to figure out student loan payments or car payments and etc.

 

This is a FLEX class. I will release the lessons and assignments on Mondays and Thursdays. Students will have the chance to complete them at their own pace. I will give feedback on assignments and answer questions throughout the course.

Students will be introduced to the different types of accounts that can hold their money for them.

Intro to the Stock Market?

Students will get an introduction to the U.S. Stock Market. They will have a chance to pick some stocks and create a mock stock portfolio that we will revisit during our last session to see how their portfolio did.

  • Each Monday and Thursday the video and assignment will be released
